I have not been able to use my device in years now due to the battery no longer charging after using it for less than 6 months. It will not charge, the display refuses to show any progress with the battery level while plugged in.
Is there anything I can do to replace the battery or fix this issue? I have wanted to continue using it but at the moment it is a paperweight.
