FHD touch display onscreen keyboard?

In a Blog video I saw a nice onboard keyboard for the FHD touch display, but I cannot figure out how to enable it. Are there any instructions somewhere?

@mk578 click the “start” menu, then Universal Access, then click the On-Screen Keyboard
