How do I factory reset my pitop?
Hi @Faded. The best thing to do would be to download the OS from our website and use Balena Etcher to reflash the SD Card. You can find the full set of instructions from our blog post here:

I would use Raspberry Pi Imager instead, https://www.raspberrypi.org/software/ , its free and no adware and no pestering to buy something and its faster than etcher
