Hi there, maybe someone can provide some assistance to verify something’s plugged in properly. After having the pi-top replaced it’s now not able to play any audio, not even detecting any audio devices installed. Raspi-config cancels and goes back to main menu when attempting to navigating to sound options. VNC showing that no audio devices are available, as well.
Interestingly, when i connect something to the a/v jack i’m getting crackling on the speaker
