VNCViewer - the Polaris Dashboard app shows BLACK

Once I start the pi top Dashboard (in Polaris), the VNC Viewer on my side shows a black screen. I wanted to do screen captures for it, but now - I can’t run through and record since dashboard is black on my vncviewer.

Unfortunately, VNC is incompatible with the Dashboard and the CODER application.

Oh. Ok. Are there any alternatives for remote desktop that are compatible?
